We start to heard a lot about a Non- Veg Hotel which is an hour and half drive from my hometown. Even people from far distance are raving about this hotel and no surprise we wanted to visit that place.
Myself and my friend Muruganand started from karaikal by 10:30 AM in the morning. The Hotel is located at Puthur which is at a distance of 8km from Sirkazhi Town and 50 km from Karaikal.
Since the location is in the Chennai - Nagapattinam National Highway where there will be frequent travelers to Velankanni, Nagore, Thirunallar which is a big advantage for this hotel.

We reached around 12 PM and hotel is already full. Luckily we got couple of seats and people who came after have to wait in the queue.
The Hotel is very famous for Seer Fish Fry, Prawn fry , fish Gravy and Curd. I can say , you won't get these food items with this excellent quality anywhere apart from Puthur Jayaram Hotel and that too for an affordable price.
I ordered the Seer fish fry once again as my thirst for that fish went on high.

The Fish and Prawns are so fresh and very tasty and highlight is the curd you'll get from them. It is absolutely thick and the combination with the fish gravy was simply amazing.

The only disadvantage i can say about this hotel is their ambiance..It would be very hot out there and you will be sweating like anything. But taking the food quality and quantity into consideration , their ambiance is not a big deal.
